Designed for measurement of high denier yarns for operating tensions up to 5Kg and for filament speeds up to 3000 m/min and higher.
Outer Rollers are mounted on a spring-loaded bracket which greatly simplifies acquisition of the yarn without stopping the speed. Special plasma-coated steel provides a ceramic-like coating with special "dimpled" surface structure which minimizes surface contact between the running yarn and the Non-rotating guide and sensor pins.
