High Capacity Motorized Test Stand |
 The ESM300 Motorized Force Measurement Test Stand is a versatile and precise testing solution for most compression and tensile testing applications up to 300 lb. It can accept a wide variety of sample shapes and sizes and can be configured in many positions due to modular design.
The ESM controller features an LCD display with dedicated UP, DOWN, STOP, and emergency stop buttons and soft keys as well as Selectable speed units (in/min & mm/min). An Emergency stop button is conveniently located for safe operation. Password lockout prevents unwanted changes to test stand configuration. Short push and release of buttons produce maintained crosshead motion until either of the buttons, or STOP button, is pushed.

Any of the below option packages may be purchased at time of order or may be added in the field at a later date. Features are field-enabled by entering an activation code. Read the ESM300 >>> user's guide <<< for details on this unique capability. ESM300 test stands are shipped with all features enabled for a limited trial period.
- Auto-return Package
The crosshead moves to one limit switch or force set point (applicable to Series BG gauges only), stops, and reverses direction to the other limit switch or set point.
- Cycling / Dwell Time Package
Cycling mode allows the crosshead to move up and down between limit switches or force set points (Series BG gauges only). Configurable up to 99,999 cycles. Dwell time allows the operator to program the amount of time, up to 99,999 seconds, in 0.1 second intervals, for which the crosshead pauses between cycles. Requires limit switch kit.
- Button Operation Package
Expands button operation to three operational modes: Maintained (standard): a short push and release produces maintained motion, Momentary: crosshead moves only while the button is pressed, and Auto: short push and release produces maintained motion, while holding the button will produce crosshead movement, until released.
- Independent UP and DOWN speeds
Configurable speeds for up and down directions
- Extended Speed Range Package - low
Extends the speed range to 0.02 - 13 in/min
- Extended Speed Range Package - high
Extends the speed range to 0.5 - 45 in/min
- Complete Speed Range Package
Extends the speed range to 0.02 - 45 in/min
